Happy Monday, Friends! I like that this week's lesson is about how to encourage others. I suppose we could all use a little bit of encouragement, especially this close to Christmas! Try to encourage people you come into contact this week, and be a blessing to them!
Yesterday we lit the fourth candle in our Advent wreath representing love.
We can show love through encouragement!
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.~Hebrews 10:24-25

ReplyDeleteOh my what a week!! A big snow storm hit Wednesday - Thursday of last week. Power was out for many of our friends for several days. In fact one friend just got power restored 4 hours ago.
Now, today the entire state of Wisconsin is under a Winter Storm Warning a true blizzard Wednesday - Friday!!!
Prayer requests..
For our linemen.. they are working so hard in difficult weather to restore power for all.
For safety and wisdom for those who need to travel.
And for our family as we are going to have to rearrange our Christmas weekend plans.
