Monday, Week Thirty-Three

I wanted to share a few of our pansies because they have done nicely this winter.  They actually enjoyed being covered in snow Saturday morning.

Happy Monday, Friends!   How are y'all?  I hope you've been enjoying pretty late winter weather.  We were in the high seventies on Friday, then it iced over Friday night and started sleeting and then snowing.  We woke up to about an inch of snow Saturday morning!  Yesterday there wasn't a cloud in the sky, but it was a little cool.  We took the Westies to the park and no one was there!

This week in our guided journaling we continue to explore the importance of finding happiness in prayer.  There are several bible verses discussed this week, too, and they are very encouraging as Jesus intercedes for us.

Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.  ~Hebrews 7:25

Prayer requests?  I want to thank y'all for your continued prayers.  This week I have an appointment with my oncology cardiologist (on Tuesday), and imaging is on Friday.

Have a blessed week!

Until next time...

Blessings!
Ricki Jill

  1. Praying for good reports for you this week, and the power of healing! We had similar weather to yours this past weekend, only we got 6" of snow and blustery winds on Saturday! It's still melting (and crashing off the slate roof), but this entire week is full of promise with good weather. Happy Monday!

  2. We have had crazy weather too. This week we are in the 60's which for us in March is amazing. I know that is cold for you in the south but up here we throw open windows and go without coats just sweaters. Glorious! Hopefully we will stay warm now into our Spring. Prayers continue sweet friend that you get good news on your heart this coming Friday. xoxo Kris
