"Then Jesus said to his disciples: 'Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.  Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?' "

There is so much anxiety in our communities right now, and many families are struggling with school.  I am concerned for our young citizens coping with mandates that have upended their little lives.

What a timely devo!

  1. I feel for all the kiddo's too. This is such a big change in their little lives. Plus all the unrest and things they are exposed to on TV and social media. I pray all parents talk to their kids as they navigate our world and give them reason to feel positive and at ease that things will get better. Kids need to feel safe and they need consistency in their lives. So this world we are living in is very stressful for them. Ricki wishing you a good weekend.
