"Wait for the Lord;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the Lord."
Psalm 27:14
"God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek."
Hebrews 6:18
Happy weekend, Friends! I really love what Sarah Young says about the link between the present and the future when it comes to hope. Hoping is future-oriented, yet we enjoy the benefits of hope in the present.
Prayer requests?
Until next time...
Blessings!

ReplyDeleteHappy weekend, Ricki Jill. Lack of sleep last night just meant more time to pray for others. My sil's friend got up and walked last night! That is evidence of our benefits of hope in the present!
