One positive thing that's come from the pandemic is that it has given many of us more time to spend with Christ via Bible study. This has been a blessing to me!
"Then Jesus said to his disciples: 'Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?' "
Luke 12:22-26
Luke 12:22-26
"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Ephesians 6:12 (NKJV)
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans."
Proverbs 16:3
Although my planner has been rather blank since Mid-March, I am trusting that God will "establish my plans" as I commit and submit to him.
Do you plan your devotion time with God? Do you have a set time each day for your devo?
Until next time...
Blessings!
